The typical MOQ is 100 pieces per model and colour. A mixed-container order may be possible after the model mix, sample status and production plan are reviewed.

Yes. Send a drawing, product specification, BOM, reference photo or physical sample. We will identify the construction questions that need agreement before quotation.

We coordinate metal frames with solid wood, MDF veneer, melamine-faced panels and plywood. Powder coating and electroplating are available for metal components. Final grades, finishes and compliance documents are confirmed for the destination market.

Yes. Hinges, drawer runners, handles, adjustable feet, shelf supports and anti-tip kits can be selected by price tier and use case. Brand-specific hardware can be discussed during quotation.

Yes. Sampling follows a specification review. The sample should cover the construction, finish, hardware, packaging and assembly instructions that will be used in production.

Yes. We support an agreed AQL inspection protocol and buyer-nominated third-party inspection agencies. Observation points, sample size and defect definitions should be agreed before production.

The standard approach uses five-layer export cartons, protected panel edges, inner protection, a hardware bag and assembly documents. The exact packaging method is developed around the product weight, finish and transport route.

Yes. We review carton dimensions, stackability and the model mix against the container type. A final loading plan is confirmed after the order quantities and carton sizes are known.

FOB Qingdao is our usual reference for export quotation. Other arrangements may be discussed where the route, responsibility and insurance position are clear.

Timing depends on whether the design is new, the sample stage and the production volume. A practical schedule is issued with the quotation, and the production date starts from specification, sample and deposit confirmation.

Yes. Carton markings, hardware-bag labels, assembly-sheet branding and product labels can be reviewed subject to artwork approval and minimum quantities.
